Updates, News, Things to Come for Metacom Creative

I apologize for the lack of updates lately, but the good news is that I have had a very busy schedule and should have some new stuff up here shortly. Where do I start?

I recently collaborated with Melissa Bergen on a website for Vanessa Fitzgerald. My role was to take the design and make everything functional. I used XHTML/CSS for the structure, trying to keep everything standards compliant. For the video, I used Flash and for the gallery I used JavaScript with XHTML/CSS markup. The only real problem I had was a gallery bug. It took me a few days dissecting code, and analyzing everything line by line to clear it up. But, you can now view the website of Vanessa Fitzgerald in all it’s glory.

Things to Come

I have several upcoming ideas, projects, portfolio work, and more. They need to start putting more hours in the day..

• Photography work. I will actually update my portfolio and put up some new Photography work that I’ve done over the past few months.
• Site Re-Design. If I can find any time to work on my own projects, I will probably end up re-designing my website, and possibly blog.

Hm.. What am I forgetting.. That list seemed longer in my head. Oh well, this gives you a little bit to read, and there will be lots more to come in the future! Thanks for reading!
