I realize that it’s been quite some time since I’ve updated my blog, I’ve been busy. Which is a good thing. I have some new projects I am working on and am very excited about.
East Zoo
We’ve been working on giving EastZoo a face lift and an all new feel. I’m excited about where this project is taking us. The site will be offering much more than just news, reviews, and interviews. We have contests lined up, with prizes and all that good stuff. So make sure you subscribe!
Amber Stevens
I have started working with Melissa Bergen on a new website for Amber Stevens. You have probably heard of Amber Stevens from the TV series Greek. I’m looking forward to this project as well!
Double O Salon
Along with the theme of keeping busy, I am also working on a website for Double O Salon in Eagle Rock, CA. In the meantime, be sure to Become a fan of Double O Salon, Eagle Rock, CA on Facebook! This project will be fun, and will allow for a lot of creativity.
Metacom Creative
I’ve also been in the middle of redesigning my own Blog and soon, my site. It all needs a facelift, but I just can’t seem to find the time to get it all done. What’d you think of the new look so far? Drop a comment and let me know!

Shameless self promotion, hm?

I like this background picture You have here.
and I suppse that its just bacground picture for some div, right?
It is close to that on mozilla page: mozilla-europe.org/pl/
I was looking in their code for inspiration for my own pages
But how to be sure that this div will be always 100% of page width? I dont see anything doing that in their code…
.-= Adzi´s last blog ..Wiosna przyszła, laptopy się nie psują? =-.
Hi Adzi,
Thanks for the compliment! The background I have on the blog is a repeating image applied to the body tag with CSS. For example:
body { background:url('images/yourbackground.jpg') top repeat-x #fff; }This bit of CSS will apply the background image to the top of the page. Repeat-x will make the image repeat horizontally, so when you create your background, make sure that the left and right sides will match up evenly, to avoid a seam.
Hopefully this helps you out a bit! If you have any other questions, ask! I look forward to hearing from you again.
