Cemetery on the Hill, Simsbury, CT (Click the Enlarge)
This is just a quick post to update everyone on things of late. I have a lot of new Photography coming soon! I will have more pictures from Mc Lean Game Refuge down in Granby, CT and some pictures from a Cemetery in Simsbury, CT.
I recently got interviewed by Joella over at Blogs with Wings, and if you want to learn a little bit more about me, head on over to An Interview With the Author of Metacom Creative, Ryan Cowles. I really enjoyed the project, and some of the questions really made me think!
I Stumbled Upon a fun site called Wordle the other day. The site takes RSS feeds, or just words you can manually enter, and creates visually pleasing Tag Clouds of the most commonly used words. You can customize the layout, colors, and other settings. Here’s a few that I came up with for Metacom Creative’s RSS feed.

Random thoughts:
- The “planet” panorama is interesting, but doesn’t grab me fully.
- That’s a nicely sharp cemetery pic. What lens?
- What plug in are you using to have the pictures pop up?
- I can’t close them (the picture pop-ups) if I’m browsing in Chrome… but it works in IE & Firefox.
- Wordle? That’s cool…

My attempt at the “planet” wasn’t nearly as good as some that are out there. It’s just a trick I thought I would try, I can’t think of a practical use for it, haha.
The cemetery shot was taken with a 50mm-200mm at 1/400 s.
The Plugin is just Lightbox2. Thanks for letting me know the problem. I’ll have some troubleshooting to do. I also have the NextGEN gallery installed, so perhaps that could be where we run into problems.

Aw, this was a really nice post. In thought I want to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and precise effort to make a very good article… however what can I say… I procrastinate alot and not at all seem to get one thing done.
