That photo a day looks like a good way to get your creativity juices flowing. I can see how it may get you to think a little out of the box just to make sure you get some really got photos.

I love that shot of the argus camera. Are you sure it works? 😉

      Hi Sire,
I’m hoping the Photo-A-Day will help out. I’m not the first to do it, but it seems like a good concept to me, haha. I have heard about writers trying to write for 20 minutes a day, so I think it is along those same lines.
Although I haven’t gotten any film developed with the Argus yet, it appears to be in great condition. The shutter works, all the dials seem to work, and I had no problems loading up some film. All I have to do now is get out and shoot some pictures to test it!

Ryan, the next thing you’ll be telling us is that you’ll will be developing the film yourself. Now that would be something to see 😉

Hahah! Maybe my next project will be setting up a dark room.

if it`s not a secret, maybe you could tell for how much did you manage to get the Argus C3? 😉

    1. Ryan

Hi Mike! Sorry it took me so long to respond. I got the Argus on eBay for about $40 I believe. They’re older, but they’re such solid cameras you can find them pretty easily and very reasonably priced! Good luck!

Of all the pictures, I definitely prefer the flying hawk. In my opinion, you can’t lose capturing animals in nature doing what they normally do…

    1. Ryan

Thank you for the reply! Of all the kinds of photography, nature photography has to be one of my favorites. Natural beauty is just amazing.

Your pictures are beautiful. I look forward to seeing more although trust me I know all about busy 🙂 It’s amazing the power of photography. Just today I was out capturing pictures of the flowers on the tree in my backyard. Trying to capture through my lens what I was seeing with my eyes as the sun beamed through the branches. I hope you post more soon 🙂

      Hi Lynda,
Thank you for the kind words! As you can tell, I fell behind with my Picture-A-Day project, haha. The good thing is, it got me back into the habit of taking my camera with me everywhere and shooting more pictures.

Do you post your pictures anywhere online? I always love to see other people’s work.
